Laundromat FAQ
Juniper Hill Coin Laundry: Our Frankfort location is open from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and the last wash is at 7:00 p.m.
Versailles Warsh House: Our Versailles location is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the last wash is at 7:30 p.m.
Juniper Hill Coin Laundry is fully attended. Both of our locations always has someone there if you have any questions or need any assistance.
All of our machines use coins. We do have a change machine on site if you need quarters.
Yes, we do. We have 40- and 65-pound machines so you can wash items like comforters, blankets, and sleeping bags.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your dirty laundry or pick up your clean laundry any time during operating hours.
When we wash your laundry, we offer name brands such as Tide, Gain, All Free & Clear, Bounce, Snuggle, and Downy.
It is only $1.80/lbs. for our wash and fold laundry service.
There is a $15 minimum order for our wash and fold service.
Wash and fold orders will be done in 24 hours or less. You will receive a text message when your laundry is ready for pick up.
We never mix our clients laundry. We know that this leads to mix-ups and cross contamination.
Pickup & Delivery FAQ
We proudly provide residential and commercial laundry pickup and delivery across Central Kentucky, including Frankfort, Lawrenceburg, Lexington, Shelbyville, and Versailles.
No, you do not have to be home! Most of our customers prefer to leave their laundry bags in a safe, designated spot (like a front porch, back deck, or garage). Just let us know your preferred location when you schedule your pickup, and our drivers will handle the rest.
Our delivery vans are on the road Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
We feature a standard 48-hour turnaround time. Your clothes are picked up, professionally processed, and returned fresh to your doorstep two days later.
We treat your wardrobe with the respect it deserves by using only premium, name-brand products. During checkout, you can choose your preferred combination from top brands including:
Detergents: Tide, Gain, or All Free & Clear (perfect for sensitive skin)
Softeners & Sheets: Downy, Snuggle, and Bounce
We neatly fold and crisp-pack all of your items so they are ready to go straight into your drawers. If you prefer specific items to be returned on hangers (like collared shirts or dresses), just let us know in your order notes. We can hang any item for just $0.25 per hanger.
